ADULT CLASS ON REVELATION. Prophetic and apocalyptic literature is among the most misunderstood and most difficult kind of literature in the Bible. Some use the apocalyptic vision of prophets to sell newspapers. Others see current events as indicators of Biblical prophecies to predict the end of the world. This seven week course by Bill Stroop will look at the apocalyptic vision of John of Patmos to try to make sense of apocalyptic and prophetic literature, demystify the Book of Revelation, and make it apply to our world today.

Alms Counters Needed. In order to comply with Diocesan policies and procedures, we have to change the way we count alms received on Sunday morning. We need to recruit people who are willing and able to come to church on Mondays to count. Two counters unrelated by marriage or family ties are needed each Monday. We are looking for 8 to 10 people total so that a once-per-month schedule can be developed. This is a good ministry for retired persons. If you are interested, please contact the church office at 601-544-5551. We will have our first training Monday, March 5 at
