If you are interested in helping Jody Burnett while he is in seminary, you can write a check to Trinity Church and put in the envelopes provided in the pews that have Jody’s name on it.  If you give cash, please indicate your name and address on the outside of the envelope. You do not have to put Jody’s name on the memo line of your check.  Just put it in the envelope with Jody’s name on it.  Contributions designated to specific individuals on your checks are not tax deductible. Jody would like to acknowledge your gifts, so we will provide him with names and addresses but not amounts.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the church office.

Safeguarding God's Children Safe Church Training

To Be Held At Trinity Church, September 15

The Diocesan training program entitled, "Safeguarding God's Children for Ministries and For Parents and Congregations" will be held at Trinity Church from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday September 15. It is a requirement of the Bishop and of this church that every person - all paid staff and all volunteers - over the age of 18 who works with youth, children, or in the nursery receive this training. It is also the expectation that all vestry persons, paid staff, and wardens will attend the training. If you have had this specific training in the past, it is not necessary to take it again; however, you will need to provide a certificate or other documentation of that prior training. In order to make it convenient for those of us who have not had the training and who live in the southern part of the Diocese, The Rev. Cn. David Johnson and Ms. Leigh Jensen, Chair of the Safe Church Committee, will be here to facilitate the training.  We look forward to seeing you at Trinity Church on September 15.
